For RC Willey, making the customer the hero is important. They wanted a fresh brand campaign that could moonlight as promotional work for their five merchandise departments. Behold the creative that won the RFP over.

THE PROBLEM
RC Willey had an AOR that lasted longer than most marriages. The agency was complacent and the creative was suffering. Gross. The brand sent out an SOS. The RFP was begging for a new creative partner that would help resuscitate the brand.
THE SOLUTION
We concepted and presented spec work that included a fresh brand campaign that could moonlight as promotional work for their five merchandise departments. Our work won the account. All in all, we developed a successful campaign that included eight :30s and eight :15s. It also yielded a happy client that texts us inside jokes.





Brand Refresh
RC Willey had a decent chokehold on its older demographic, but desperately needed help broadening its audience to include the late 20-30s crowd. We helped lead the brand refresh by introducing richer colors, contemporary fonts, and non-traditional layouts. We also optimized their assets for social and web use.
